LA CRUZ CHURCH USULUTAN, EL SALVADOR, C.A.

The Waterbury church of Christ sponsors mission work in several ways.  One of which is providing financial support for the growth of the church located in La Cruz, El Salvador, Central America.  The funds we send monthly pay for a portion of the building rent.

Jonas Martinez is the minister who works with the church in La Cruz.  He sends monthly reports and special announcements to the elders at Waterbury.  Jonas and his wife Teresa have two young children named Jerson and Abigail.

Dear Brothers, greetings from us and blessings from God.  I am very grateful for your financial support.  May God bless you brethern as you are all loved by Him.

Attentively,

Jonas Martinez and Family

BOQUETE CHURCH, CHIRIQUI,
REPUBLICA DE PANAMA -- C.A.

A congregation of the church of Christ meets in Boquete.  This is an impoverished region with a large Guaymí Indian population.  Some of the members are employed in agricultlural work.  It is difficult for some of the women and children to attend worship service due to the long distances they must walk to the church.  The church has recently purchased a property and will begin immediately to clear the lot and raise a block building on the site with donated block and labor of the area church members.  Jose Rodriguez is the minister of this congregation.  His wife is Mabel and they have two children Obed and Maby.

Dear Family,

Thank you for your prayers and support in this mission work.  This photo was taken at Subtupu with my beloved Gedeon and the brothers and sisters of the Church.

In His service,
Rebekah Hosse Clark
